Can anyone help me translate this from German to English? Its a form I have to fill out for my sons school?

I just recently moved to Germany and I speak VERY little German. My husband is German and fluent but works out of town all week and I have to have this for back to the school by the end of the week. as far as I have understood you only have to fill out part 1 (starting with "Erziehungsberechtigte") of this applications. The others parts from 2 to the end have not been filled out by you.



Nr. 2 has to be filled out by the school which your child has attended so far. Here the school can approve or deny your application.



Nr. 3 has to be filled out by the city in which this school was.



Nr. 4 has to be filled out by the city of the new school (which your kid schould attend now), Nr 5. by the new school itself. All these different parties have to give their opinon if your application can be accepted or not.



At the end (Nr. 6) the Landratsamt Ortenaukreis (a high goverment agency) will make the final decision if your application that your child should attend this special school will be accepted or not. Please be aware that according to this application form only Nr. 2 (old school), Nr. 5 (new school) and Nr. 6 (Landratsamt) can deny your application, the cities only have to be informed about it.



Part 1 (your application) is quite easy to be filled out:

That`s a lot and complicated. Have a meeting with the teacher or the youth auhority (Jugendbehörde) they will help you. Don`t be afraid they are living from your taxes!!! But I think they will be glad to help you.
